My path to health and wellbeing has and will be a lifelong journey, one of balance and self-learning and reflexology has been a wonderful tool in contributing to this.
Growing up as an asthmatic I had always had an interest in keeping fit and healthy and general wellbeing. I was achieving, moving forward with my life and felt balanced - or so I thought. In my 30's, after having my children, working full-time and juggling life's ups and downs I felt my health take a downward turn. My asthma started to worsen. Add in a helping of stress and anxiety to the mix and I continuously felt run-down, tired and on edge. I knew that something had to give. Reflexology helped me to gain perspective and a much needed sense of harmony as well manage better on a daily basis. It was also invaluable as a support when negotiating the menopause and its associated challenges.
I took the decision to leave the corporate world behind and retrained to be a reflexologist; undertaking further training to become a Gentle Touch Reflexologist with Sue Ricks, its founder as well as facial reflexology with Ziggie Bergman. I am currently undertaking extensive training to become a Chi-Medics Reflexologist which is an east meets west approach using the five elements philosophy and energy techniques.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and abide by their code of ethics and practise. Treatments are carried out in my garden studio which offers an oasis of peace and calm.

Gentle Touch Reflexology Practitioners Course, including Advanced Techniques (Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapies)
Foot Reading (Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapies)
Spinal Reflexology (Louise Keet, London School of Reflexology)
Facial Reflexology (Ziggie Bergman, London School of Reflexology)
Level 1 Chi Medics techniques and currently training to become a full Chi Medics practitioner.
